1. What’s the difference between the two packages?
The Basic 16-Output Pearl Package does not include a Weather Station, so you won't be able to monitor outside environmental conditions. Adding the Weather Station lets you track external factors like temperature, humidity, rain, light, and more, giving you greater control and precision over your grow environment.
2. Can this system control high-voltage equipment?
Yes, it includes 6 contactors for up to 18A loads.
3. Does it support remote access?
Yes, via Link4 Cloud (subscription required).

5. Will installing this require downtime?
Minimal. The preassembled design and plug-and-play wiring reduce disruption, and most setups integrate in parallel with your existing control layers.
6. Can it adapt to changing environmental conditions?
Absolutely. It responds to sensor feedback to trigger output staging, load sharing, or failsafe defaults.
7. What happens if the temperature/humidity sensor gets disconnected will the system keep running safely?
If a sensor disconnects, the system will continue running based on default or last-known settings, while also notifying you of the sensor fault.
8. Does the system provide alerts or alarms if one of the outputs, relays, or controllers malfunctions?
Yes, the Pearl system can trigger alarms and send alerts for malfunctions, helping you quickly identify and address issues.
9. How much total electrical load can the 16 outputs handle at once?
Each output is rated for standard industrial loads (typically up to 10A at 120/240V). The total capacity depends on the number of outputs that are active simultaneously.
